This requires minimal whisking (although using a stand mixer would save you some strength), mixing it with a whisk is also good! We loved this tiramisu recipe and it’s super easy to make with our coffee concentrates.

Crew’s Japanese Coffee Jelly Dessert
Recipe:

3 tbsp Coffee Jelly (or more if desired) - Recipe here!

1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
-
60ml Fresh Milk (for a more indulgent dessert, use Hokkaido milk)

20ml Wake The Crew Cold Brew Concentrate (optional)
Instructions:

Put the coffee jelly into a small cup.

Drop a dollop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top of the jelly.

Pour the fresh milk over ice cream and jelly.

(optional) Add some cold brew concentrate for an extra oomph!

Crew’s Japanese Coffee Jelly
Recipe (makes 4 servings of jelly):

10g agar powder
-
60g sugar
-
220ml water
Instructions:

Mix agar powder and sugar together.

Next, add the concentrate and water into the mixture and make sure that all the dry mixture is fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to boil using low heat while stirring continuously. The mixture will start to thicken as it reaches boiling temperature.

Once the mixture has come to a boil, turn off the heat and remove any scum from the mixture.

Before the mixture cools, pour the mixture into a heatproof tray and let cool at room temperature for around 1-2 hours.

Pop the jelly into the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.

Serve chilled.
