Crew’s Japanese Coffee Jelly Dessert

Crew’s Japanese Coffee Jelly Dessert

Recipe:

  • 3 tbsp Coffee Jelly (or more if desired) - Recipe here!

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 60ml Fresh Milk (for a more indulgent dessert, use Hokkaido milk)

  • 20ml Wake The Crew Cold Brew Concentrate (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Put the coffee jelly into a small cup.

  2. Drop a dollop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top of the jelly.

  3. Pour the fresh milk over ice cream and jelly.

  4. (optional) Add some cold brew concentrate for an extra oomph!
