Returns & Refunds
All products sold on our site are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at chat@wakethecrewcoffee.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 days if you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. We are unable to assist with any issues reported 2 days from the delivery date.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, gift cards or due to change of mind.
Refunds (if applicable)
If we are unable to resolve an issue with your order, we may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
